“The Ridge Road Rally”
We’re in a for a healthy dose of roads that follow along the East-West ridges in Amador county. Driving aficionados know that these roads have a different character than the North-South roads in the Sierra foothills. We’ll pass through several small foothill communities, and pass by several interesting places to stop.
Overview: Jackson - Clinton - Pine Grove - Volcano - Fiddletown - River Pines - Omo Ranch - Cook’s Station - Sutter Creek
Registration: This is a free event, however please RSVP to dave@sportscaradventures.com along with which vehicle you plan on bringing.
Distance: 83 miles
Drive time: 2 hrs
Lunch stop: Cook’s Station
Total time: approx 4 hrs (including lunch)
Max elevation: 5,000 ft
Weather: perfect
Road surface condition: good, rough near the top of Omo Ranch.

Finish location: Sutter Creek CA
